3.1 AidaMaya Boutique is completely owns by Bumiputera.
3.2 AidaMaya Boutique is owned by two friends who work in the field of Information Technology and
Journalism.
3.3 Imported goods which are sold in the AidaMaya Boutique are from Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Thailand and Myanmar.
3.4 Most of Ready Made item are from Malaysia, with the good quality made.
4. Measurements
4.1 All sizes given are approximate for customer’s reference.
4.2 Customers need to make accurate measurements to avoid errors.
5. Pricing
5.1 Prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit MYR / RM.
5.2 Prices stated are fix and not inclusive postage rate.
5.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 You can choose payment method and bank ot our Borang Pesanan (Order Form), and make payments through our account bank :

6.3 Once payment is done, revert back to us with payment confirmation details and invoice number. In order to avoid any confusion, kindly email us your transaction slip with details such as:-

7. Return/Cancelation Policy
7.1 No refunds or returns are given once payment has been made and Invoice has been revert back to us by customer (invoice confirmation with payment details). All sales are finals.
7.2 IF the ITEM CUSTOMER REQUESTED / ORDER ARE NOT AVAILABLE, Full Payment/Deposit is FULLY Exchangeable or Refundable.
7.3 Cancellation can be made by revert back to us invoice (stock confirmation given) with note “PEMBATALAN / CANCELATION" before customer make a payment.
7.4 Items sold are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. All sales are finals.
7.5 For Pre – Order Policy, no cancellation or exchangeable items is allowed after you have made a payment during waiting period. If there is, payment will be forfeited.
8. ORDERING FROM US
8.1 Ready Stock Policy
8.1.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our order form provided in Borang Pesanan
8.1.2 Please state the following details while making orders in the Borang Pesanan at Kod Produk field( satu baris satu kod)
- Item Code
- Sizes
- Quantiti
8.1.4 For Ready Stock Item, there is NO BOOKING and NO RESERVATION. First pay will get the order. It’s means that full payment only be accepted.
8.1.5 No cancellation is allowed after you have made payments. If there is, payments will be forfeited.
8.1.6 Invoice will be sent via E-mail. Please do check your inbox/spam box. Please inform us if you did not receive any invoices or they are an error accrued on invoice. Please don’t hesitated to contact our Help Desk or email help.aidamayaboutique@yahoo.com
8.1.7 Please make payment within the stipulated period as stated in the invoice,If no payments receive within that period, order will be automatically cancel.
8.1.8 Since most of the item sold in the AidaMaya Boutique is limited, customers are requested to made payment immediately (ASAP). First comes first serve.
8.1.9 Revert back to us confirmation invoice with payment details after payment made.
8.1.10 Item will be posted next days (working days) after payment has been made.
8.1.11 We may refuse to accept an order:
- Where goods are not available;
- Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
- If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
- If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
8.2.1 We import our products from oversea thus we have to collect orders by batches first and closing date for each batches will be stated on album's heading.
8.2.2 To order a pre-order item, please follow these procedures: - select your desire item(s). Advisably not to combine with ready stock items unless you are willing to wait for the whole order to complete then only posted out.
8.2.3 When placing an order, you may state other option just in case the stock you are interested with, are not available.
(For example: Items Ordered -JMC105 XL(1)/ JEJ552 M (2)/ KKB665 L(1), so If The 1st choice is not available , we will proceed with your
2nd choice and so on).
8.2.4 Within 24 Hours after receiving the Order from our customers, our staff at AidaMaya Boutique will issue invoices to customers based on information given from Borang Pesanan.
8.2.5 Invoice will be sent via E-mail. Please check your inbox/spam box.Please inform us if you not receive invoices or they are an error on the invoice. Please don’t hesitated to contact our Help Desk or email aidamayaboutique@yahoo.com
8.2.6 Customer needs to pay Full Payment or Deposit for Pre-Order item. Please make payment within the stipulated period as stated in the invoice, if no payments receive within that period, order will be automatically cancel.
8.2.7 No cancellation or exchangeable items is allowed after you have made a payment / during waiting period. If there is, payment will be forfeited.
8.2.8 Stocks will take 2-3 weeks to reach Malaysia. So please be patient and don’t be so pushy.
9. Delivery
9.1 Buyer is to bear all shipping cost.
9.2 All items will be delivered via PosLaju ONLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD.
9.3 For ready Made Policy, Item will be posted next days (working days) after payment has been made to us.
9.4 For Pre-Order Policy, item we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible will be post to customer, once we have the stock in hand and REMAIN PAYMENT has been made by customer.
10. LICENCE
10.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
